Through this site the customer can book at the Hotel Giada in Rome. Credit card details are requested only to guarantee and hold the reservation. At the moment of the reservation no charges are made on the customer’s credit card except for Not Refundable type of rooms. In this case, the total amount of the booking will be charged by the hotel at the moment of reservation; otherwise the total amount of the stay will be paid at the hotel checking-in or checking-out, using the same credit card or any other payment method accepted by the property.

During the request of reservation, the customer is directed to the page https://secure.nyceworld.com/giada/booking.php through which reservations are made; this page utilize a cryptographic system (SSL) during the booking request for security reasons.

Cancellations of reservations (except for Not Refundable reservations – who cannot be cancelled or modified) can be made without penalty by observing the Cancellation Policies which are in the rates web-page of each single hotel described in the www.hotelgiadaroma.com website, and that are indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent to the customer.

Once the reservation is confirmed, any cancellation request must be made through www.hotelgiadaroma.com easy-to-use online forms.

nyceWorld Srl, administrator of www.hotelgiadaroma.com, assumes no liability for accommodation arrangements and cannot be held responsible for actions or omissions of the accommodation providers.

nyceWorld Srl cannot be held responsible, in any case, for any breakdown and/or temporary suspension of the website due to internet connection's failures and for any circumstance that is beyond nyceWorld control. nyceWorld Srl cannot be held responsible, in any case, for failures of hardwares or softwares owned by the client. nyceWorld Srl is not part of the contract between the client and the hotel management. nyceWorld Srl cannot be held responsible, in any case, for customers failing to comply with financial obligations towards the hotel management and mainly those taken through the reservation system NYCEWORLD. nyceWorld Srl cannot be held responsible, in any case, for third-party actions, especially remote intrusions or viral attacks and the use of the reservation system NYCEWORLD for prejudicial purposes.
nyceWorld Srl accepts no responsibility for and is not liable in the event of any errors or misrepresentations which may exist on www.hotelgiadaroma.com website.
